Phillips needed the basics in place for launch, then a quicker way to produce quotes while out on site.
What we did
- Built the website and set up Google Workspace.
- Created a mobile quoting tool on Google Cloud, using Gemini AI.
- Connected enquiries, photos, bills and invoices, and continue to look after search visibility.
The result
- Website, email, quoting and admin work together.
- Quotes can be prepared on site from a phone, with photos attached.
- The quoting tool is now growing into a CRM for the business.
MLB Accountancy
MLB's website needed bringing up to date, including a safer way for clients to send financial documents.
What we did
- Rebuilt the website for the firm, reusing their existing branding rather than reinventing it.
- Added secure document uploads and reviewed their Microsoft 365 security.
- Built a blog workflow in which the owner reviews every article before publication.
The result
- Clients can send documents through the website rather than by email.
- The site stays current without giving up the owner's editorial control.

PXCC was moving to a site without suitable internet and needed its website to stay up to date without adding more admin.
What we did
- Installed Starlink and extended wireless coverage across the car lot.
- Moved everyday work to ChromeOS and Google.
- Built a website that imports the dealership's eBay listings automatically.
The result
- Reliable connectivity across the new site.
- Stock stays current on the website without being entered twice.
