The best part of the job is the moment something that's nagged an owner for years just… stops being a problem — and watching someone pick up a tool and do something they didn't think they could. That's what keeps me doing it.
I'm based in Staffordshire and work with small businesses across the UK on the everyday stuff — computers, networks and AI. Twenty-five years in, the belief is simple: good technology should make the most of what your people are already good at and free them up for the work that matters — never quietly push them out.

The questions people usually ask
What does it cost?
The first conversation is free — that never changes. If it surfaces something worth a proper look, initial advisory engagements typically start from £250–£500, depending on the problem. Everyday hands-on jobs and visits are on a simple time-and-materials rate. Larger implementation work is scoped individually after that, and agreed up front — days of work, not months. No pressure into a contract either way.
What happens when I get in touch?
Your message comes straight to me — no team inbox. I read it and reply personally, usually within one working day.
Do you handle everyday IT jobs too?
Yes. Alongside the advisory and AI work, I do the practical things — a network that's misbehaving, a new computer set up, a CCTV or backup check, a second opinion before you buy something. Much of it I can look at remotely; where it needs someone on site, I'll visit on a simple time-and-materials rate. A quick call is usually all it takes to see what's involved, and we decide from there.
Let's start a conversation
You don't need a tidy brief — or even a clear problem — to get in touch. The Wi-Fi may be playing up, a new PC may need setting up, your systems may need a proper look, or you may be curious what AI could actually do for your business. Half-formed is welcome.
It's a friendly chat, it costs nothing, and it isn't a sales pitch. You'll come away with a clearer picture and at least one useful idea, whether or not we ever work together.
